Caring for Mental Health

Caring for someone who suffers from any of a range of mental health issues can be a difficult and draining task. Many people doing this find themselves becoming isolated, stressed and unsupported, and have to cope without the information and advice that would make their task easier.

They may be caring for relatives, partners or friends who have mental health issues such as

  • depression
  • anorexia
  • bipolar
  • severe anxiety
  • agoraphobia
